As a Payver customer, you can make and receive payments from all countries except those that do not meet our Risk Appetite, namely:
- South Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, Mali, Haiti, Russian Federation, Belarus, the Democratic Republic Congo, Syria, Myanmar, Afghanistan, North Korea, ,Islamic Republic of Iran, Temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, such as Crimea, part of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
*There may also be additional restrictions that may be imposed by the associated payment providers.
We have several options where a new payment can be made from:
1. When you are on our Dashboard, you will see “New payment” button in the top right corner.
2. If you go to the Accounts section, you can click on the account and simply press "New payment".
3. Finally, you can to the Payments section and press “New payment”.
After a payment is created, our Payments Department will have to approve the payment. Hence, please send us a free-form request mentioning payment details by going to the “Messages” section by clicking on the email icon in the top right corner. Once there, click on the “New Message” button.

Possible payment statuses:
“New” - Payment is under review.
“In Progress” - Payment is processing.
“Completed” - Payment has been sent.
“Rejected” - Payment has been rejected by our Team.
“Cancelled” - Payment has been cancelled by the client himself.

If you would like to repeat a payment, you can find the corresponding payment in Transaction history or Overview sections. Please click on the payment you would like to repeat. A new window will pop-up, on the bottom press “Repeat”. After that, the new payment window will appear, and you are free to make a payment as usual.

If you are confused by the sentence “It looks like you have entered an invalid IBAN number”, please do not worry – it is just a notification to let you know that the entered account number is not recognised. Hence, check if the IBAN is correct again and proceed with the payment.
